Yoann, former CTO of web applications for the MSC group
Yoann, former CTO of web applications for the MSC group, world leader in shipping, gained 15 years' experience in Geneva at the group's headquarters. In 2021, he decided to launch a tech project to share his expertise in project management and development. Originally from Marseille, he currently lives in Bandol.
Youri, former divisional CFO and Web project manager
Youri, a native of the Beaujolais region, built a large part of his career within the Soufflet Group, a major player in the agri-food industry, where he was CFO of a division and Web project manager. In 2019, he embarked on a career in entrepreneurship, creating Cubinoxa brand specializing in stainless steel pools.
Emmanuel, international profile with 10 years' expatriate experience
Emmanuel, a native of Lyon, has an international profile, having spent 10 years abroad, 8 of them in Germany. An entrepreneur since 2006, he spent 10 years in online sales of personalized textiles BtoBbefore spending 4 years creating and developing a gourmet food hall concept in Germany.
A common vision and a shared passion
The start of an adventure
Yoann and Youri have known each other since their student days in the early 2000s. Since 2007, Youri and Emmanuel have been friends.
It was after Emmanuel returned from Germany, when both were going through entrepreneurial difficulties, that they realized they could support each other. They realize that decisions taken with an outside, unaffected eye are often more effective.
This reflection led them to create a platform designed to answer entrepreneurs' questions and become a place for exchange between peers.

A common vision and a shared passion
Good Kartell is born. This ambitious project aims to create a platform for entrepreneurs based on remote exchanges between peers or with business specialists. After integrating Yoann into the team, they developed a visio platform, adding a feature called the "guardian angel": a button enabling users to contact a visio advisor at the click of a button.
As the project is presented to various potential partners, it's this guardian angel that attracts even more attention than the project itself.
After 8 months of development, the instant visual interaction widget proved so popular that the pivot was made. The conviction that this guardian angel could become a formidable sales tool was born: it would be called Live Vendor.

Official launch of Live Vendor
Live Vendor launch in April 2024
Live Vendor will be launched in April 2024, financed entirely by the company's own funds. In just a few months, some fifty companies in the French market opt for the solution.
Validated concept
The proof-of-concept was quickly established. By closely monitoring the first customers and their results, it became clear that talking to your customers face-to-face, directly on your website, would skyrocket your conversion rates. On average, we sell 5 times more to a customer who enters into a Live Vendor interaction than to a customer who fills in a form.
Live Vendor is starting to gain visibility in the ecosystem, and without even having applied, the team has been invited by the Region to exhibit on the AURA pavilion at CES in Las Vegas from January 7 to 10, 2025!
Fundraising in sight
Eager to accelerate, the decision was taken to launch a fundraising campaign in the first half of 2025 to support Live Vendor.
